Assignment We are now looking for a home care assistant to elderly care who feels committed to their work, enjoys working with people, and has the ability to meet our care recipients' special needs. Your work tasks consist of supporting our care recipients with care, activities, and training. Assisting with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and managing medications through delegation are some examples of work tasks. Your role also includes developing implementation plans, documenting, conducting regular evaluations, and contributing to maintaining good quality in the operations. By taking each individual's needs into account, you contribute to meaning and joy for our elderly. We follow up on quality in national registers such as Senior Alert. Documentation is done in Lifecare Mobil Omsorg. We have keyless home care services and digital signing. In daily care and support work, you collaborate across professions with, among others, unit managers, care assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Home care is divided into three geographic areas; East and West with offices in Svedala and North with an office in Bara. Competence We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and has experience working as a care assistant. You have good computer skills as the work involves documentation and good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written. As a home care assistant, you travel between care recipients by car or bike, therefore you need to have a driver's license and be able to cycle. It is an advantage if you have training in low-impact interaction and experience with challenging behavior. If you have experience with Lifecare, Procapita, and Senior Alert, that is also an advantage. We are looking for someone who is positive, confident, stress-resilient, and has personal maturity. To succeed in the role, you should have good interpersonal skills, be receptive, and have the ability to prioritize your work tasks. You can work independently but are also a team player who values good cooperation. You share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues and see it as self-evident to contribute to a positive work environment.
