You will daily document and handle any incidents. Together with colleagues, you distribute work tasks and communicate with healthcare personnel such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses. Examples of Work Tasks: Be a contact person and be responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan Receive delegation of medications from the registered nurse Ensure good night's sleep Handle documents and incidents Who Are You? We are looking for you who is a team player – a person who is responsible and who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and you are not afraid to take initiative. You are experienced with documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook. We are Looking for You Who: Are trained as a nursing assistant or have equivalent work experience Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Are experienced working night shifts It is a Merit if You Have: Experience working in elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia Experience working in privately run organizations A Prerequisite for Starting Employment with Us at Humana is that you as an applicant can provide valid ID documentation and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
