Primary Care Area North consists of Ersboda, Mariehem, Sävar, and Robertsfors health centers. This position is based at Ersboda Health Center, though work at other health centers may occur. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant with us, you contribute your knowledge and commitment to help people feel secure. Your responsibilities as a nursing assistant in primary care include caring for patients through blood sampling, check-ups, wound dressing changes, and assisting colleagues as needed. You work closely with all professional categories and are an important part of the team around the patient. As a nursing assistant with us, you will have excellent opportunities to contribute to safe patient care, your own professional development, and learning. Together we actively work to develop work methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment. We encourage an innovative working approach. Work is largely conducted in teams, both within and between professional groups, where you are part of our interdisciplinary assessment clinic. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you with approved nursing assistant education. As nursing assistant is a protected title, you must provide certification from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare, or alternatively a service certificate that makes you subject to the National Board of Health and Welfare's transitional provisions and allows you to use the title until June 30, 2033. You thrive working in a team and have good ability to organize and structure your own work. You are flexible, can handle varying workloads, and have a solution-oriented approach. We work to actively develop work methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment. Good collaboration skills are important, and we would like to see that you find it exciting to regularly meet new people. Previous experience from primary care is a merit.
