Eriksdals Care and Residential Home is situated near nature by the sea with a view of Ljumviken Beach in Holmsund. We have a beautiful outdoor environment with both a closed and an open courtyard with terraces used for pleasant gatherings during the summer. The building has two floors and contains a total of 41 apartments distributed across four units, as well as two short-term care places. We are now looking forward to welcoming more nursing assistants to our team! Your responsibilities With a professional approach and good care practices, you will assist our residents in their daily activities. The residents' right to participate in decisions is a priority, and you will contribute to ensuring that services are provided with high quality, according to care plans and implementation agreements. You will assist with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your responsibilities also include documenting actions and health status, as well as performing medical tasks as delegated by the responsible nurse. Working hours include day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends. About you We are looking for someone who meets people with empathy, attentiveness, and genuine commitment. Requirements Trained nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, so that you can communicate with residents, family members, and colleagues, read and contribute to care documentation, and receive medication delegation Merits Experience in elder care Experience with medication delegation and insulin administration Heavy lifting occurs; lifting aids must be used.
