We're now hiring a certified nursing assistant for Emmagården – a residential care facility in Kvillsfors. Emmagården is a small residential home located in Kvillsfors with twelve apartments spread across two floors. We have a common dining hall where we share meals and a day room for social interaction. The facility features an outdoor patio on the ground level, a balcony on the upper floor, and a garden. Within elderly care in Vetlanda municipality, we work for Esther's best – always focusing on the individual and how we can strengthen their sense of security and independence. As a nursing assistant, you work with care, nursing, and service based on each individual's needs and wishes. You contribute to creating security, participation, and a meaningful daily life where social, cultural, and physical needs are met. You are an important part of the team around the residents, and your contribution has great significance for their quality of life. We're looking for someone who meets people with respect and warmth. You have the ability to build good relationships while being responsible and able to take initiative. The work requires both teamwork and independence, and we'd like someone who enjoys varied work where no two days are the same. We place great importance on your personal qualities. The position requires a certificate from the criminal record registry.
