We are now looking for a nursing assistant for Bäckagården – a workplace with commitment, care, and the service user at the center. At Bäckagården, we have both residential care and short-term care units. We are now seeking a nursing assistant for our residential care service. Here you will meet people who live permanently with us, while the short-term unit receives people who stay for a shorter period. As a nursing assistant, you are an important part of creating safety, quality of life, and meaning for the people you meet – whether their stay is long-term or temporary. Within elderly care in Vetlanda municipality, we work for Esther's best – always focusing on the service user and how we can strengthen their safety and independence. To enable you to use your skills fully, we have service staff responsible for laundry, waste management, cleaning, and support during meal times. This means you have more time for what you are trained to do – to provide care and nursing with high quality. Two of our units are also Star-marked, which means we have received special training and actively work with person-centered care. We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and attentive, with the ability to meet each individual with respect and care. You work professionally both independently and together with colleagues, and you see the value in contributing to close cooperation between units to create a whole where both residents and employees thrive. The position is a permanent employment at 80 percent with work during day, evening, and weekends. We want you, as our employee, to feel well, both at and outside of work. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The position requires an extract from the criminal record register. The extract should be for HVB homes and is ordered through the Police website.
