JOB DUTIES Work in special residential care involves providing good care and support in personal care. You assist with meal times, medication, and other daily tasks. You also support our residents in social activities and help them maintain their interests and habits. We work from a person-centered approach and place great emphasis on appropriate and respectful treatment of each resident based on their needs. The job also includes documenting interventions based on implementation plans we have created according to the Social Services Act. We offer you a well-coordinated and cheerful work team, and a good atmosphere with high satisfaction! QUALIFICATIONS You must have training as a nursing assistant. You have good computer skills for documentation and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. You must also have documented recent experience working as a nursing assistant.
