Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you will be part of the patient care team working with patient care, investigations, medical treatments, and during daytime social planning and ward rounds. Your responsibilities include patient care and actively participating in ward rounds with the responsibility that your profession holds in our unit. Training of students and colleagues based on experience level. We expect you to be interested in being involved in the unit's operational development, take personal responsibility, and work together with us toward our goals. To ensure you get the best possible start with us, we offer an individually tailored introduction and onboarding in consultation with your manager and mentor. Qualifications Trained nursing assistant or care assistant. You should adapt easily to changing circumstances and varying work pace as work in an acute care unit entails. Your patient focus is strong and your work ethic is high. To assess employability, grades from your care education must be attached to your application. Mastery of Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement. We want you to have at least one year of previous professional experience, and if you also have experience working on an inpatient ward, that is a major plus.
