New team members wanted. We are a small private home care company that has been operating in Nacka for a long time. We work toward continuity and person-centered care. Since spring 2023, we have been Star-Marked by Swedish Dementia Center, which means our staff has received special training in person-centered care for dementia and we work according to their taught vision and methods. We must continue this work each year to maintain our certification. We maintain a capacity limit because we believe it is important for both our clients and our employees that we all know each other. Our working method is based on continuity and person-centered care. This provides security for both clients and staff, as they get to know each other and clients have their own contact person with a dedicated work phone for easier communication. We work according to the methods we learned through Star-Mark training. Competence is important to us and we strive to have as high a proportion of trained nursing assistants as possible. We offer our staff many different internal trainings and web-based courses including CPR, communication, patient interaction, lift techniques, and much more so we can feel confident and updated in our work. Our employees have a collective agreement through Kommunal. We are now seeking: 3 people who can work evenings with a rotating two-week schedule.New team members wanted.
