Description
Solgården in Färila is a care and residential facility with 43 beds. We are currently seeking two dedicated nursing assistants for permanent employment. We have two open day/evening shifts at 100%.
Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant at Solgården, you will work with residents who have cognitive difficulties, making care focused on BPSD and compassionate interaction a central part of the work. You will work with a fixed care contact and documentation in our journal system Treserva. In your daily work, you will use TES as a planning tool to ensure appropriate measures and tasks for our residents.
You will collaborate closely with various professional disciplines and handle delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
Qualifications
For this position, you must have upper secondary education in a care program, health and medical care, or equivalent. You must also have a valid driver's license (Category B) and demonstrate a warm and respectful approach with good collaborative skills.
