Your responsibilities include contributing to the integration of intelligence work into operations so that it develops local security efforts and increases the quality of client work. You need to be able to work independently within your own area of responsibility while also contributing to the whole and fostering good collaboration in the workplace. As part of a team of several operators within the operational area, you are required to have strong communicative and social skills. The work also includes external collaboration with other authorities. You will work with both locally and regionally and centrally formulated assignments. You should actively and independently produce intelligence reports, meet local operational intelligence needs, and support the central intelligence function. Travel is part of the position, and you need to be prepared for potential service at facilities other than the one specified in your agreement. Qualifications We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, interest, and commitment to information security and security and intelligence matters. You work well with complex issues and take great responsibility for your tasks by organizing and prioritizing your work efficiently on your own. Your decisions are based on conscious considerations, and you always act with the organization's best interests in focus. You have excellent collaboration skills and understand the importance of good professional relationships in all contexts. We are looking for someone who has: Complete upper secondary school competency in the form of a final diploma or upper secondary school certificate. Relevant work experience of several years. Very strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Good computer skills and IT knowledge. It is also an asset to have: Relevant higher education, preferably in political science, behavioral science, law, or pedagogy. Training in intelligence work. Well-documented service in an intelligence function. Experience from the Swedish Prison and Probation Service or another part of the judicial system. Experience with internal and external collaboration and good knowledge of the mandates of collaborating authorities. Particularly valuable is experience working with relational databases. Good knowledge of the English language. Other language skills. Class B driver's license.
