Duties
We are looking for you to work as an assistant physician with us. Your responsibilities will include ward work, on-call duty at the emergency departments, supervised outpatient clinic work, and assistance in the operating room.
At the regional branch hospitals, primary on-call services are shared with the Surgery Clinic, which also provides experience in managing acute surgical patients.
Qualifications
You must have knowledge of Swedish corresponding to EU level C1 and have completed at least 10 semesters of the Swedish medical program.
Since the operations are spread across all three hospitals, a category B driver's license and access to a car are advantageous.

About the Operation
The Orthopedic and Hand Surgery department provides university hospital care and clinical research at the three regional hospitals: Universitetssjukhuset Örebro, Karlskoga lasarett, and Lindesbergs lasarett. The department provides care in the entire orthopedic field, including highly specialized care. Extensive restructuring is underway within the area to improve accessibility, quality, and cost-efficiency. The development of a clinical research unit is an important part of this development work.
