Job Description As a physician with us, you will primarily work with daily clinical work on our inpatient ward or in our outpatient clinic with acute and subacute matters. Evening and weekend on-call duties are included in the work. Work Team The Oncology Clinic in Linköping is a large clinic with 200 employees, of which over 40 are physicians. The clinic has an inpatient ward, a treatment center where outpatient medical oncology treatment is provided, a radiation therapy department with the ability to also provide brachytherapy and isotope treatment, and an outpatient unit. Within the outpatient unit are a follow-up clinic, a clinical trials unit, and paramedics. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed or non-licensed physician and enjoy managing complex situations. It is important that you master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing (C1 level). Experience with work in Cosmic is a merit. You have good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You have good judgment and are skilled at communicating. Since work as an oncologist often involves contact with patients and relatives in a difficult life situation, it is important that you have good empathic ability, are skilled at meeting patients and relatives, and at building trust.
