Are you a licensed physician or have completed your medical degree and are waiting for your internship (AT), and are curious about how we work in advanced home care (ASIH)? We are now looking for you who is interested in contributing to our growth and expanding our team. About Us The team is multiprofessional, including physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. We have extensive experience in delivering both advanced home care with a focus on person-centered care. Patients often have complex symptom presentations, with common diagnoses including cancer, heart failure, and COPD. We are looking for you who are a licensed physician or junior doctor before your internship and are ready for an exciting new challenge where you will work alongside experienced specialist physicians in a multiprofessional team. Our operations are distributed across six different geographic areas in northern Stockholm with five offices. We are primarily seeking a physician based at our office in Täby, but other placements may also be available—flexibility is required from you as an applicant. The Role Your responsibilities include examining, assessing, and treating patients under supervision. You will participate in team work involving multiple professions and contribute to various development projects within the organization. You will also receive continuous supervision and work closely with the responsible specialist physician within the unit. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm with patients who have complex medical conditions where the need exceeds the capacity of primary care services.
