Your Responsibilities
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, machinery, and production equipment together with the maintenance manager.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Work on improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to streamline production
• Document completed work and monitor maintenance schedules
• Collaborate closely with production and other departments

We are now seeking a maintenance technician for our operations in Sävsjö municipality. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of our machinery and production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
The work involves troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvements to production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Have technical education in maintenance, hydraulics, welding, mechanics, automation, or equivalent work experience
• Have experience working in industry, production, or technical fields
• Have a strong technical interest and desire to develop within maintenance and troubleshooting
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy learning new things
• Take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and enjoy collaborating
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
• Experience with CNC machines or automated production lines
• Knowledge of PLC and control systems
• Forklift certification or lift training
