Your Responsibilities
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, machinery, and production equipment together with the maintenance manager.
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Work on improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to increase production efficiency
• Document completed work and follow up on maintenance plans
• Collaborate closely with production and other departments

We are now seeking a maintenance technician for our operation in Sävsjö municipality. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the operation of our machinery and production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
The work involves troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvements of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Have technical education in maintenance, hydraulics, welding, mechanics, automation, or equivalent work experience
• Have experience working in industry, production, or technical fields
• Have a strong technical interest and desire to develop within maintenance and troubleshooting
• Are curious, solutions-oriented, and enjoy learning new things
• Take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and enjoy collaborating
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious:
• Experience with CNC machines or automated production lines
• Knowledge of PLCs and control systems
• Forklift certification or lift training
