You enjoy collaborating with colleagues at the facility. A thorough introductory training will be conducted so that you can smoothly transition into the work and the company's production. Production at our facility is normally between 07:00-16:00 on weekdays. Planned maintenance work and repairs may occur outside normal working hours, both on weekdays and weekends. Additionally, on-call work for the pellet boiler may occur. Your main responsibilities: • Perform and oversee maintenance and repair of equipment to prevent potential operational disruptions or failures. • Ensure all machines and facilities are functioning properly, in good condition, and comply with safety standards. • Identify and locate problems when faults or disruptions occur. Analyze and resolve issues using troubleshooting tools. • Repair, adjust, or replace broken machine parts, both mechanical and electronic. • Carefully document all performed work, repairs, replacements, or improvements. • Maintain logbooks, update maintenance plans, write technical reports, and participate in fault reporting systems. • Actively participate in and own action items from safety inspections/self-inspections. • Participate in and own action items from our DPM (Daily Performance Management). • Oversee treatment plants including sampling. • Ensure all machines and facilities comply with applicable safety regulations and guidelines. You may also participate in risk assessments and safety training. • Serve as WECO representative to document volumes and record consumption readings. Background and Personal Qualities You are a positive person who takes pride in getting things done right! With a very high service orientation and the ability to prioritize and organize your work, you will succeed! To fit the role, you have: • At least upper secondary education or equivalent. • Knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics. • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards. • Lean knowledge. • Good general IT skills. • Strong verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English. • Driver's license category B. Meritorious qualifications include: • Experience with PLC control and programming. • Electrician's license. • Welding skills.
