Responsibilities As a maintenance technician, you have a key role in ensuring that production and technical systems function with the highest precision and reliability. The work is varied and spans everything from acute repairs to strategic planning and optimization of our facilities. You work in a technically advanced environment where you combine hands-on skills with administrative tasks and system support to proactively prevent downtime. Through close collaboration with both internal colleagues and external suppliers, you contribute to a safe and efficient operation where continuous improvements are in focus. Your main responsibilities include: • Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and technical installations to ensure maximum operational reliability. • Plan and schedule maintenance activities strategically to minimize production impact. • Manage materials and spare parts and maintain good order and optimal inventory levels. • Work systematically in the MaintMaster maintenance system for planning, documentation, and follow-up of work orders. • Monitor and address alarms via the CTS system and manage control systems for critical functions such as FFUs, water quality, steam, and cooling. • Handle supplier contacts and coordinate external resources for repairs and complex technical problems. • Work actively with quality and safety according to the HRO principles (Whole, Clean, Order). • Participate in and drive the department's development work by identifying and implementing technical improvement proposals. You're a genuine problem solver who values quality in every work task, and you have a knack for working in environments where strict rules and hygiene requirements are part of daily operations. We're looking for someone who has: • Technical education or equivalent work experience. • 1–2 years of experience with maintenance work in manufacturing operations. • Basic knowledge and genuine interest in mechanics, automation, or electrical systems. • Good ability to follow strict hygiene regulations and safety requirements. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English to handle technical documentation and work according to documentation requirements (GDP). • Experience with GMP, ISO standards, or work in maintenance systems such as MaintMaster (meritorious).
