Maintenance Technician at SpectrumLeaf AB

SpectrumLeaf AB is seeking a maintenance technician for our production facility in Helsingborg. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring our machinery operates optimally and for minimizing downtime. You work closely with operators and the production manager in a varied and practical role where problem-solving, precision, and collaboration are central. Responsibilities Perform planned and preventive maintenance on production machinery. Carry out repairs and routine inspections of machines and equipment. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve operational disruptions. Contribute to minimizing unplanned downtime and maintaining stable production. Participate in improvement initiatives, machine optimization, and maintenance projects. Document and report completed work in internal records. Work closely with operators and the production manager to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to a safe, organized, and well-functioning work environment. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Several years of experience in precision mechanical work within industry. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of complex production machinery. Experience working with small and sensitive components where precision is important. Ability to read and understand technical documentation. Valid driver's license (Category B). Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable Experience Experience with bag filling machines from Merz. Label machines. Stock molding equipment. Electrical knowledge.
