MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR MODERN LAUNDRY FACILITY

Fraiman's laundry in Bålsta is a modern and technologically advanced industrial laundry facility. Our equipment and machinery are maintained to a high standard and we continue to develop. We are now looking for an engaged and driven maintenance technician who wants to help ensure stable, efficient, and well-functioning production. With us, you work close to production and become an important part of daily operations. You have significant responsibility on your own but collaborate closely with both colleagues and production staff to solve problems, improve work processes, and prevent downtime. About the Role As a maintenance technician at Fraiman's, you work with both corrective and preventive maintenance. Our machinery is modern and technologically advanced, making the role both varied and developmental. The work includes, among other things: - Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment - Perform maintenance on machinery, facility, and pellet boiler - Work on preventive maintenance and contribute to better structure and routines - Participate in and drive continuous improvement work together with production You are expected to take responsibility for ensuring work is done properly and that production runs as smoothly as possible. Who Are You We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, solution-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work. You take initiative, are curious, and have a drive to understand how things work and how they can be improved. We see that you have: - Upper secondary education - Work experience in mechanics, electrical systems, and automation - Preferably knowledge of PLCs - Ability to communicate well orally and in writing in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have worked in an industrial environment before, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
