Are you an experienced and solution-oriented maintenance technician who enjoys working hands-on and keeping production running?
We are now seeking an experienced maintenance technician for ARYZTA, an international bakery group with operations in several countries and a strong position in convenience bakery. ARYZTA produces, among other things, bread, breakfast products, and savory bakery products for customers in retail, foodservice, and quick-service restaurant chains.
In Sweden, ARYZTA has production operations in Vårby and Malmö, where large-scale industrial bakery production is conducted. The bakeries produce, among other things, bread for well-known customers in the restaurant and foodservice industry, which demands high standards for quality, capacity, and operational reliability.
About the Role
As a maintenance technician, you will be an important part of production and will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment functions safely and efficiently. You will work on both preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance when problems arise.
The role is hands-on and varied, where you work closely with production and have the opportunity to solve technical problems ranging from individual components to larger production lines. The goal is to minimize downtime and ensure stable and efficient production.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician or industrial mechanic in manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge of mechanics and industrial troubleshooting
Experience with both preventive and corrective maintenance
Experience working with production machinery and technical equipment
Good understanding of pneumatics and mechanical drive systems
Strong technical interest and a clear hands-on mentality
Ability to independently identify problems and find effective solutions
It is a plus if you also have experience with electrical systems, automation, hydraulics, welding, or machining.
As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can use your technical expertise and enjoy solving problems as they arise. You work well with others but are also comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
You are flexible and understand that maintenance in production sometimes requires work at different times and that production needs to run 24/7.
