Main Responsibilities As a maintenance technician, you will be part of a skilled team of about 6 colleagues who make up the maintenance department at Kristianstad Cheese Processing. The work as a maintenance technician is broad, independent, and varied, requiring technical competence, responsibility, and initiative. You will work both independently and as part of a team. On-call duty is included in the position. Your main responsibilities include: - Performing both preventive and emergency maintenance, and working in our maintenance system Maintmaster - Performing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment - Contributing to improvement work and projects - Assisting with equipment installations Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with an interest in technical and mechanical maintenance work. You likely have previous experience working as a technician, mechanic, or technical machine operator. We appreciate it if you have technical high school education or vocational training in maintenance or machine technology. It is also an advantage if you have experience with automation and PLC programming. Since the role involves many contact points, it is important that you have good communication skills and can collaborate with colleagues in different parts of the organization. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. We appreciate good computer skills and knowledge of how a maintenance system works. As a person, you are unpretentious and solution-oriented team player with the ability to work independently and take your own initiative. You have the desire to learn and develop, and you are responsible, thorough, structured, and safety-conscious in your work and committed to delivering quality.
