BAMA Fresh Cuts AB in Helsingborg is now seeking a maintenance technician service for the maintenance department. The maintenance team's task is to ensure the facility's availability through preventive and corrective maintenance. The team consists of 8 employees with broad technical expertise. The facility includes everything from advanced rinsing and cutting machines to robots that pack the finished product. And in between, a network of conveyors, scales, and packaging machines. Around the production lines, there are also various media systems. Since we manufacture food at the facility, hygiene and food safety are a natural part of our daily operations. Work Tasks and Responsibilities The position involves work with preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the facility, with main focus on machinery and process equipment. The technician functions as production's link to the maintenance department and is responsible for communication and feedback between departments. Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions throughout the facility. Repair and maintain machinery and process equipment. Work actively in the facility's maintenance system. Participate in teams to implement improvement and preventive measures on production lines. Follow the company's hygiene regulations, certifications, and food safety standards. Report deviations within health, safety, quality, and environment. Ensure that laws, regulations, and internal values for health and safety are complied with. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a practical background with knowledge within a technical field and experience in industrial maintenance. Work experience with troubleshooting and maintenance in industrial manufacturing. Good technical understanding and computer skills. Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing. Experience in food production is a merit. Personal Qualities The role requires a solution-oriented person with the ability to make decisions based on the circumstances at hand. You have good collaboration skills and can communicate objectively with other personnel at the facility.
