About the Position As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of production equipment. You will work with both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. You will be an important part of the maintenance team and work closely with production and other technical functions. Your Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and correct mechanical, electrical, and technical faults Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of machines and equipment Participate in improvement initiatives to increase operational reliability and productivity Document completed maintenance work and follow up on actions Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime About You We are looking for someone who is technically interested, solution-oriented, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, have high awareness of safety and quality, and enjoy analyzing problems to find sustainable solutions. You are independent in your work but also appreciate collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. You have a strong passion for technology and are driven to develop both processes and working methods.
