Marine Technician for our storage facility — Myggenäs Marin Myggenäs Marin is one of the west coast's leading marine centers, based on Tjörn. We are an exclusive Yamaha dealer and offer boat sales, service, storage, and training under one roof. We are growing and have a lot going on, and we are now looking for a dedicated marine technician for our storage operations. About the role Here we call the storage team marine technicians — and that says a lot about the breadth of the job. We store over 400 boats up to 9 meters, all with outboard motors, and as a marine technician you are involved in the entire cycle around them: you lift, service, refurbish, and bottom paint. You also help prepare new boats for delivery, including epoxy and bottom painting, and you refurbish and freshen up used sales boats. Work tasks vary with the seasons — but what is common to everything you do is that you take care of customers' boats as if they were your own. Who are you? • You like to work practically indoors and outdoors, and thrive in a high-tempo operation during the season. • You are organized, meticulous, and like order and tidiness. • Experience with boats, bottom painting, forklift operation, or similar practical work is a plus but not required — we will teach you what you need. • You are a team player who likes to deliver great results.
