MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Are you technically minded, enjoy solving problems, and work best when you're close to machines and production? We're now seeking a maintenance technician for a stable and development-oriented industrial company. Here you'll have a broad and varied role where you work with both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. You'll be an important part of ensuring reliable production operations and work closely with both maintenance colleagues and production staff. WORK TASKS In this role, you'll work with: Preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshooting and repair of machines and production equipment Mechanical maintenance as well as some electrical and electronics work Structured maintenance work and documentation Support and communication with production staff Continuous improvements and development of work methods Opportunities in the future to develop further in areas such as automation You'll join a modern production environment where technology, investments, and development are a natural part of the business. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting, and understanding how machines work. You're solution-oriented, take responsibility, and have the ability to work systematically – while also being able to quickly adapt when something unexpected happens in production. We'd prefer if you have: Technical or workshop technical education Experience from manufacturing industry or similar environment Good mechanical understanding Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics Ability to read technical drawings Basic IT skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English Experience with automation, machining, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
