Maintenance Planner

About the Role We are seeking an experienced maintenance planner who wants to strengthen the maintenance department in a technically advanced and regulated production environment. As a maintenance planner, you are responsible for maximizing the availability and operational reliability of production equipment and facilities. The role is central to the operation and you will work with planning, coordinating, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will work closely with other functions to ensure high availability, efficient resource planning, and a structured approach. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring that maintenance activities are performed according to plan. Managing and developing maintenance plans and maintenance systems. Coordinating resources, materials, and suppliers for planned work. Following up on maintenance activities and contributing to continuous improvements. The assignment is initially for 12 months, with good opportunities for extension. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with: Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering, maintenance technology, automation, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with maintenance planning in industry or other technical operations. Solid knowledge of maintenance processes and maintenance systems. Sound understanding of or experience with GMP-regulated operations, such as in the pharmaceutical, food, or medical device industry.
