As a maintenance mechanic, you will become an important part of a technical team that works closely with production and technical management. You will have a varied and developmental role where you combine operational maintenance with improvement work and technical development. The work involves both preventive and acute maintenance of machinery and production equipment, where you ensure operational reliability and high quality in production. Your tasks include: Preventive maintenance of machinery and production equipment Troubleshooting in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems Building and improving machinery and developing technical solutions Participating in streamlining production processes Documentation, logging, and follow-up of measures Technical improvement work in a business that is in a development phase Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, solution-oriented, and has a genuine interest in production and development. You like taking responsibility, are curious about new technology, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same. We would like to see that you have: Experience in automation, maintenance, or machine building Good knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and/or hydraulic systems Upper secondary technical education or equivalent Class B driver's license Good proficiency in Swedish and English Welding experience is a plus Leadership experience is an advantage As a person, you are meticulous, structured, responsible, and comfortable in technical environments.
