Maintenance Mechanic wanted for client – combine technical skills and production We are now seeking a maintenance mechanic for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. Here you will have a varied role where you work with both maintenance and production in an operation characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and development. About the position In your role as a maintenance mechanic, you are responsible for the daily operation of production and have the authority to stop production when needed. Your focus is on ensuring safe and efficient production processes in accordance with the company's policies, laws, and standards. You will work on preventing, addressing, and optimizing maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime. Responsibilities: - Responsible for daily production operations - Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment - Ensure production complies with applicable safety requirements and procedures - Contribute to improvement initiatives and process optimization We are looking for someone who: - Has technical education, preferably in production or mechanical engineering - Has technical interest and experience in industrial production - Is flexible and can adapt to varying work schedules - Is solution-oriented, responsible, and self-driven - Thrives in a role where collaboration is important – you put the team before yourself As a person, you are curious, practically minded, and take initiative easily.
