We are now seeking a maintenance mechanic for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. Here you will have a varied role where you work with both maintenance and production in an operation characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and development.
About the Position
In your role as a maintenance mechanic, you are responsible for the daily operation of production and have the authority to stop production when necessary. Your focus is on ensuring safe and efficient production processes in accordance with the company's policies, laws, and standards.
You will work on preventing, addressing, and optimizing maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
Duties:
Responsible for daily production operations
Perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
Ensure that production complies with applicable safety requirements and procedures
Contribute to improvement work and process efficiency
We Are Looking for You If You:
Have technical education, preferably in production technology or mechanical engineering
Have technical interest and experience in industrial production
Are flexible and can adapt to varying work hours
Are solution-oriented, responsible, and self-driven
Thrive in a role where collaboration is important – you put the team before yourself
As a person, you are curious, practical, and take initiative easily. You will receive a good introduction and support from an experienced colleague to get up to speed in the role.
