About the position At our client's facility, you'll become an important part of the maintenance department and work closely with production to ensure high operational reliability. You will work with both planned and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities. About the assignment Scope: Full-time, afternoon shift Work location: Sölvesborg Start: Fall/winter 2026 Employment type: Fixed-term employment with possibility of extension with client Your responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production lines, machinery, and facilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment during acute production stops Participate in improvement work to increase operational reliability Perform workshop work and internal manufacturing of components Contribute to developing and improving maintenance routines Ensure that work is performed according to applicable safety requirements About you We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and experience from industrial maintenance, preferably in heavy industry. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to identify problems before they lead to downtime. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and driven by finding improvements that contribute to more efficient production. You are responsible, have a strong safety mindset, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues while being able to work independently when the situation requires it.
