About the Position Work Location: Finspång Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: Daytime (on-call duties may be included in the position over time) Employment Form: Direct recruitment with an initial trial period with the client Start Date: By agreement As a maintenance mechanic, you will be part of an experienced team of approximately 10–15 people responsible for maintaining the entire machinery fleet within production. The role involves broad mechanical responsibility where you work both preventatively and reactively, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational reliability. Your Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems Participation in improvement work and technical projects Documentation of completed work and machine status On-call duty according to schedule after introduction About You We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, and responsible—a mechanic with a genuine interest in maintenance work. You work methodically, are self-driven, and have a high focus on safety and quality. Collaboration and teamwork are important to you, while you also thrive taking ownership and making decisions in your daily work. You are thorough, orderly, and able to maintain a good pace even when workload is high.
