Maintenance Mechanic

About the Position Do you enjoy tinkering, fixing things, and solving problems before others even notice they exist? As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll have a key role in the operation. You'll be responsible for maintenance across two departments while also overseeing the facility. The machines are mechanical and require practical knowledge, common sense, and a genuine interest in technology and mechanics. Typical work tasks include: Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery Troubleshooting and repairs Welding as needed Certain electrical work Facility-related repairs and improvements We're looking for someone experienced in tinkering with and troubleshooting mechanical systems. You're self-directed and take responsibility, and you love being the one who "gets things done." This job offers considerable freedom within responsibility, and your days will be varied with a mix of everything. You don't need to be an engineer—what matters most is that you're practical, solution-oriented, and confident in your trade. The work is based in Anderstorp with daytime hours. We prefer candidates who live in the local area, as the plan is for you to transition to the customer after the hiring period. Your Profile We're looking for someone who is responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and has good collaboration skills since you'll be working at our customers' sites.
