Our Vision: To be the obvious choice for everyone who needs spotless and climate-smart laundry and textile services Leader of Our Maintenance Department We are now seeking a leader for the maintenance department at Rikstvätt in Bengtsfors. Our facility includes washing tunnels, industrial washing machines, mangles, folding machines, drying equipment, steam boilers, as well as water treatment and water recycling systems. This role is perfect for you if you want to combine technology, leadership, and development in a key position. We are looking for an engaged and driven maintenance manager who wants to help develop our maintenance department at Rikstvätt. As a maintenance manager, you will be responsible for leading and planning daily maintenance operations. You will lead a team of six employees and have personnel responsibility. You are responsible for planning, distributing, and following up on work. An important part of the role is coaching, developing, and motivating the team in day-to-day operations. The Maintenance Department works with both preventive and corrective maintenance of our machines, electrical systems, and other production equipment. We plan and document our work in the MaintMaster maintenance system. Your tasks also include identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvement measures. You are responsible for ensuring operational reliability and developing long-term maintenance strategies. You drive and participate in projects related to production and technology, and you are responsible for contact with external inspection bodies and other relevant functions. To succeed in this role, you work carefully and with quality awareness, and you have a clear focus on safety. As a person, you are flexible and stress-resistant, with good collaboration and communication skills. Through your work, you help prevent production downtime and ensure that our facility maintains a high level of safety and quality. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Has experience with mechanical maintenance and/or electrical work in industry. Has experience leading, organizing, and following up on maintenance work. Has experience driving improvement initiatives and projects within maintenance. Has experience with personnel responsibility. Has experience planning resources, scheduling work, and tracking maintenance results. Has good computer and system skills. Speaks Swedish and English fluently in writing and speech. Holds a Class B driver's license. Can work shifts and be on-call when needed. Meritorious: Experience with automation, PLC, or other control and regulation technology. Welding skills. Certificate for Hot Work. Experience with truck and lift operation, preferably with valid certification. Experience with maintenance systems, preferably MaintMaster.
