As part of Troax Group's continued development, we are now strengthening our maintenance organization with a new role. An investment that reflects our ambition to develop more preventive, structured, and long-term maintenance work. Here you will become part of an engaged team where you have the opportunity to influence how we move forward. The role is based at Garantell in Värnamo, but also involves work at Troax in Hillerstorp. This gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development of maintenance work at both facilities.
This is a broad and developmental role for someone who wants to be involved in developing maintenance work, not just day-to-day maintenance. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will become part of our maintenance team and take on an important role in developing our maintenance processes and creating more preventive, structured, and long-term maintenance work. The role combines long-term planning, analysis, and technical development with close collaboration within the operations. One day you analyze recurring operational disruptions and plan future maintenance initiatives; the next day you work together with production, maintenance, and other functions to identify improvement opportunities, develop our methods, and create long-term solutions. You will also play an important part in implementing our new maintenance system and have the opportunity to shape the future of maintenance work at both Garantell and Troax.
Examples of work tasks:
Plan, develop, and follow up on preventive maintenance.
Drive the development of more structured and long-term maintenance work.
Participate in the implementation and development of our new maintenance system.
Analyze operational disruptions and conduct root cause analyses to reduce unplanned downtime.
Drive improvement work related to operational reliability, availability, and maintenance processes.
Assist with investments, modifications, and new installations of machinery and equipment.
Work closely with production, maintenance, and other functions to develop methods and create long-term solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
We believe you have experience from manufacturing industry and have worked in maintenance, production engineering, or another technical role. You have an interest in technology, are driven to develop working methods, and are motivated by finding long-term solutions that create more efficient and reliable maintenance. If you have experience in preventive maintenance, maintenance systems, or improvement work, we see that as a merit. You are analytical, structured, and curious, while you also enjoy collaborating with others and working close to the operations where you have the opportunity to turn ideas into concrete improvements. You enjoy taking your own initiatives and see opportunities to develop both working methods and processes. We place great emphasis on your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to develop.
