Do you want to contribute to Sweden's fossil-free electricity supply? You will be part of a team at Ringhals responsible for strategic electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and development. The team's operations cover all technical areas (power/lighting, lifting equipment, power electronics, control equipment, electric motors, switchgear, and valve actuators). We are now seeking a maintenance engineer in Power and Lighting for strategic electrical maintenance. You will primarily work administratively and strategically, though some practical tasks may occur within the technical field. About the Job: Together with experienced colleagues, you will work with strategic maintenance planning, projects, spare parts management, operational follow-up, and communication with suppliers. The work tasks are largely administrative, but also include operational elements such as inspections at the facility. Your Responsibilities: Responsible for maintenance of assigned system and component areas. Independently develop and follow up on strategic maintenance plans, analyze, and improve maintenance efforts within assigned areas. Prepare technical documentation and procurement specifications. Ensure that spare parts and documentation are available, and identify and address deficiencies. Compile reports and develop and maintain required instructions and guidelines. Participate in change projects and drive maintenance projects and specific assignments. To some extent, lead technicians and engineers. Requirements Specification We are looking for someone who is structured, can plan work efficiently, and can prioritize between different tasks. You are not afraid of challenges you might encounter. You enjoy working with both technicians and engineers where collaboration is a strength. You are a bachelor-level engineer in a relevant field, or you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have the ability to read and understand English. You have the ability to handle applicable regulations (laws/ordinances) in the field.
