About the role
The position of Maintenance Manager is a newly created role with a clear mandate: to drive, strengthen and further develop maintenance work in the operation. You have overall responsibility for maintenance – both in terms of personnel, budget and results – and work closely with production in daily operations.
Your assignment includes:
Lead and develop maintenance work with focus on structure, monitoring and results
Drive improvement and preventive work to the next level
Ensure clear goals, working methods and follow-up
Be an active part of production and collaborate closely with production managers
Lead through your managers and support them in their leadership
You have six direct reporting managers and approximately 40 employees in total within the area. You are part of the management team and report to the Operations Manager. The focus of the role is operational with strong emphasis on presence in the Billingsfors facility.

Your profile
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with good understanding of maintenance in an industrial environment.
We believe you have:
Experience from process industry or qualified manufacturing industry
Previous management role with personnel, budget and results responsibility
Good technical understanding and insight into maintenance work
Experience of working structured with improvements and follow-up
Experience of management team work (meriting)
Knowledge of for example Lean, 5S or similar working methods (meriting)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
As a person, you are clear and confident in your leadership, while being driven, structured and results-oriented. You are present and engaged in the operation, and you are comfortable taking up space and actively contributing in the management team.
