About the Role The position of Maintenance Manager is a newly created role with a clear mandate: to drive, strengthen, and further develop maintenance operations. You have overall responsibility for maintenance – in terms of personnel, budget, and results – and work closely with production in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and develop maintenance work with focus on structure, monitoring, and results Drive improvement and preventive work to the next level Ensure clear goals, working methods, and monitoring Be an active partner in production and collaborate closely with production managers Lead through your managers and support them in their leadership You will have six direct reporting managers and approximately 40 employees in your area. You join the management group and report to the Operations Manager. The focus of the role is operational with strong emphasis on presence in the Billingsfors facility. Your Profile We're looking for a confident and experienced leader with good understanding of maintenance in an industrial environment. We believe you have: Experience from process industry or qualified manufacturing industry Previous management role with personnel, budget, and results responsibility Good technical understanding and insight into maintenance work Experience working systematically with improvements and monitoring Experience from management group work (meriting) Knowledge of, for example, Lean, 5S, or similar working methods (meriting) Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written As a person, you are clear and confident in your leadership, while also being driven, structured, and results-oriented. You are present and engaged in the operation, and you're comfortable taking up space and contributing actively in the management group.
