Maintenance Planner

We are now looking for a Maintenance Planner for our customer Spendrups in Grängesberg. As a Maintenance Planner, you will have a varied role where you are responsible for planning, preparing, and ensuring the quality of maintenance work in close collaboration with production, technicians, and other functions within the operation. You will become part of the Proactive Maintenance department, which is responsible for planned maintenance across production, media, preparation, filling, and logistics. Here you work alongside engaged colleagues to ensure that maintenance tasks are planned and executed in a structured and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities Plan and prepare work orders in our maintenance management system Ensure that materials, spare parts, and tools are available for jobs Prepare instructions, risk assessments, and technical documentation Contribute to preventive and improvement-focused maintenance work Follow up on completed tasks and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Work closely with technicians, operators, procurement, inventory, and external suppliers Location: Grängesberg Scope: Full-time Working hours: Daytime About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, planning, and technical understanding are central. You are solution-oriented, thorough, and collaborate well with different functions within the operation. You work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to prioritize and make well-founded decisions even when multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously. Qualifications Technical education in industrial, mechanical, electrical, automation, or equivalent field Experience from maintenance work, technical planning, or similar role within industrial operations Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Good system skills Merits Experience from food and beverage industry or other process industry Knowledge of maintenance systems such as IFS, SAP, Maximo, or similar Experience with LEAN, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
