Under Armour Store Supervisor/Vice Store Manager

We are looking for an engaged, responsible, and driven Store Supervisor/Vice Store Manager for Under Armour Mall Of Scandinavia who wants to help develop our store, our team, and our sales. As a Store Supervisor, you are the store manager's right hand and an important part of daily operations. You work closely with the store manager and the team and take active responsibility for ensuring the store runs smoothly in all aspects—sales, customer experience, staff, inventory, and daily routines. This is a role for someone who wants to take on greater responsibility and develop their leadership skills. You need to be confident in taking your own initiative, making decisions, and leading others, while also being an active part of the store team. When the store manager is away, you are expected to take responsibility for daily operations and ensure that the business continues to function in a professional and structured manner. Your Main Responsibilities As a Store Supervisor, you will: Act as the store manager's representative and be responsible for the store in the manager's absence. Lead, coach, and motivate the store team in daily work. Be a role model in customer service, sales, responsibility, and work ethic. Actively work on store sales and contribute to achieving set goals and KPIs. Follow up on sales and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure customers receive a professional, personal, and inspiring shopping experience. Ensure the store is always well-organized, well-stocked, and sales-oriented. Ensure that routines and guidelines are followed in daily work. Work with inventory, receiving, restocking, and product flow. Plan and carry out inventories and contribute to improving inventory accuracy. Maintain order and structure in the store and warehouse. Introduce and train new employees. Provide ongoing feedback and support to colleagues. Contribute to scheduling and staffing planning. Handle and resolve practical situations and problems that arise during the workday. Communicate information from the store manager and leadership to the team. Participate in the store's campaigns, activities, and commercial initiatives. Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment. Ensure that the store's routines regarding safety, work environment, and customer service are followed. Leadership and Responsibility As Vice Store Manager, you are expected to take active responsibility for the team's development and the store's results. You should be able to delegate tasks, prioritize during busy periods, and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done. You also need to be comfortable communicating when something isn't working and help find solutions. We believe in leadership built on clarity, respect, communication, and accountability. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with experience in retail, sales, service, or similar work who wants to take the next step in their career. You don't need to have held the exact title of Vice Store Manager before. What matters most is that you have the right attitude, drive, and ability to take responsibility. We would like to see that you have: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service. Experience leading or coaching others. Interest in sales and business-minded thinking. Good organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and make decisions. Good communication skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Experience with inventory, inventorying, or merchandise handling is a plus. Experience with scheduling and KPI tracking is a plus. Good Swedish in speaking and writing.
