Job Description
Ulricehamn Parish is seeking a team member for a position primarily focused on home visits and meetings with people in different life stages. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and wants to meet people based on their needs, offer conversations, and help address loneliness and create community. You will also help develop activities with volunteers for home visits and meetings for those who cannot attend the church's regular activities.
Person, Education, and Experience
We are looking for someone who is attentive, empathetic, and feels comfortable in meetings with others. You have good collaboration skills but can also work independently. You will be part of the parish work team in Ulricehamn and will collaborate with priests, deacons, volunteers, and other staff members. You will participate in planning and developing the parish's care work. Education and experience with similar work is an advantage.
You are a member of the Swedish Church and share its faith and values. This position is, according to the Swedish Church's collective agreement, a fixed-term contract of 75% for two years.
Your own car and a valid B driving license are required.
