Start date: 7/7/2026 The employee performs comprehensive cleaning work in assigned spaces combined with handling activities, material movement, waste management, and minor maintenance. The position requires physical fitness, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently. Cleaning work (approximately 60% of working time) - Regular cleaning: Performing daily cleaning of administrative spaces, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas. - Surface cleaning: Dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and washing windows, doors, or wall coverings. - Disinfection: Regular disinfection of restrooms, sinks, toilets, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, railings). - Material replenishment: Continuous restocking of hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper). - General cleaning: Performing periodic deep cleaning according to an established schedule. Handling and support work (approximately 40% of working time) - Moving and relocating: Manual and mechanized moving of furniture, office equipment, and packages. - Loading and unloading: Transferring materials, goods, or cleaning supplies from storage and delivery vehicles. - Waste management: Collecting, sorting, and removing trash bins to outdoor containers; handling bulky waste. - Space preparation: Preparing rooms, tables, and chairs for company events, training sessions, or meetings and their subsequent cleanup. - Seasonal work: Minor assistance with building exterior maintenance (such as clearing leaves or snow from access walkways).
