Excellent health condition is essential - increased physical strain (including snow removal), work with chemicals and waste, not suitable for people with allergies and those sensitive to chemical cleaners and similar substances. Responsibility, pleasant demeanor and high scheduling flexibility required – work sometimes including night shifts, weekends, public holidays, etc. Advantageous: previous experience in similar work and active knowledge of English language (due to frequent foreign clientele).
