Maintenance Technician / Grounds Manager

We're looking for a skilled maintenance technician / grounds manager - work-for-hire basis We're seeking a resourceful colleague on a work-for-hire agreement (DPP) to ensure our facilities run like clockwork and our children's attractions are always safe. Main job responsibilities: - Inspection and maintenance: Regular checks of the technical condition of children's attractions and play elements. - Attraction repairs: Quick resolution of common issues on attractions to ensure they are completely safe for children. - Facility management: Daily care of the grounds from A to Z - from replacing a broken lightbulb to tightening permitted bolts. - Minor skilled trades work: Small masonry adjustments, painting, fence repairs, or minor carpentry work as needed. What we're looking for: - Manual skills: Are you a typical "jack of all trades" who can handle a hammer, drill, and masonry trowel? - Reliability and responsibility: Details matter - children's safety comes first for us? - Independence: Can you plan your work and see what needs fixing without being told?
