What will your responsibilities be? • maintenance of green spaces, municipal buildings, and other municipal property, • operation and maintenance of communal equipment, • summer and winter maintenance of local roads and public areas, • work with mulching equipment, • minor construction, repair, and maintenance work, • assistance in preparing cultural, sports, and social events, • other work needed for the daily operations of the municipality. ________________________________________ What do we expect from you? • health fitness, • reliability, independence, and responsible approach to work, • manual skills and willingness to learn new things, • experience with operation of communal or agricultural equipment is an advantage, • time flexibility in case of extraordinary situations (e.g., winter maintenance or removal of adverse weather damage). ________________________________________ What do we offer? • stable full-time employment, • employment contract for a fixed term with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term, • personal compensation based on work results, • 5 weeks of vacation, • meal allowance, • opportunity for further professional training, • work in a friendly team of a small municipality. • Salary conditions are governed by the government regulation on salary conditions of employees of state administration bodies, certain other bodies and municipalities; with quality work performance, attractive personal compensation.
