Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance of buildings and administrative spaces. - Perform minor repairs, furniture assembly, moving, painting, etc. - Maintain outdoor areas, roads, walkways, fencing, and parking lots. - Care for landscaping, lawn mowing, vegetation trimming, and facility cleanup. - Winter maintenance, particularly snow removal and road de-icing. - Assist with moving materials, equipment, and furnishings. - Work location: Velvary Requirements: - Technical trade certification or extended practical experience (advantageous). - Manual dexterity, physical fitness, reliability, and responsible work approach. - Ability to work independently. - Advantageous: Group B driver's license, forklift operator certification, aerial work platform certification, slinging/rigging certification. Required Personal Qualities: - Reliability and responsible work approach. - Flexibility and willingness to perform diverse tasks. - Attention to detail and sense of order.
