Maintenance Technicians

Description:

We are looking for an experienced technician who understands machines inside and out and can independently diagnose and repair them. This is not a facilities manager position, but rather someone who understands manufacturing technologies, can read technical documentation, and is not afraid of complex repairs. You will be the backbone of the technical operations of furniture manufacturing—from diagnosing and repairing CNC equipment to coordinating external service for more complex issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnosis and repair of production machines—disassembly, fault identification, repair, and reassembly, especially CNC and automated furniture production lines. Coordination of external service—fault evaluation, preparation of documentation, and communication with suppliers. Repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment in accordance with professional electrical competency qualifications (NV 194/2022 Sb.). Maintenance and inspection of electric forklifts. General building and site maintenance—a supportive, not primary, part of the job responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS: Secondary technical or electrical education. Practical experience maintaining machinery—ideally manufacturing or industrial equipment. Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, diagrams). Class B driver's license. Attention to detail, responsibility, technical thinking, and an active problem-solving approach. Willingness to learn new automated technologies. Basic computer literacy.
