Are you a skilled mechanic with a technical mindset who is comfortable working with complex machinery? Do you enjoy when things run like clockwork and can quickly find and fix problems when something goes wrong? Then we're looking for exactly you! What will your main responsibilities be? • Preventive and operational maintenance and repairs of semi-automated cup-filling machines (mechanical, pneumatic, electrical components). You will be the brain and hands of our semi-automated cup-filling machines. • Reconfiguration and adjustment of cup-filling machines when switching to a different type and size of cup. Precision is key. • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of cup-filling machines and peripheral equipment. Maintenance and repair documentation in Klid software. • Ensuring smooth production operations and minimizing downtime. Making sure our machines run continuously and without problems (servicing, lubrication, inspection – basically prevention). • Collaboration with production, technology, and quality departments. No routine work, each day brings a different challenge to solve! • Minor locksmith work and tool operation. Selection and maintenance of spare parts inventory. Close cooperation with external companies for sourcing specialized parts and additional work. What do we expect from you? • Minimum secondary or vocational education in mechanics, industrial locksmith, electrical work, mechatronics, or another relevant technical field. • Experience in a similar position (maintenance/adjustment of production or packaging lines) is a major advantage and your trump card. • Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics/hydraulics. • Valid Decree 50/1978 Sb. • Ability to read technical documentation and drawings. • Independence, reliability, and willingness to work in shift operations.
