Maintenance Technician (m/f)

Heiru CZ is a mid-sized manufacturing company located in Telč, specializing in the production of cables and cable assemblies for the European market. We are looking for a colleague to help us with the maintenance and repair of our machinery and equipment. Get in touch with us! What you will do: • Perform preventive and routine maintenance of production equipment (extrusion lines, winding lines, crimping and pressing equipment) • Quickly resolve malfunctions to minimize production downtime • Work with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the lines • Assist with installation of new equipment or technology modifications • Document maintenance and repair work performed • Minor repairs and maintenance of the building and technical facilities • Work in 2 shifts (morning/afternoon), Monday - Friday What you will need: • Training in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics) or experience in a similar position • Manual dexterity and technical thinking, basic understanding of technical documentation • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics • Ability to quickly diagnose faults and resolve them independently • Experience with maintenance in production is a plus, responsibility, attention to detail, independence • Driver's license (category B), welding certification is a plus • Regulation/NV 194/2022 Coll. is a plus What we can offer: • Salary based on experience and qualifications (31,000 - 34,000 Kč) • Meal allowance (approx. 2,400 Kč/month) • Transportation allowance, retirement savings contribution • 3 additional days off ("Sick days") • Regular salary increases depending on the company's financial results • Family business environment, stable employment If you are interested, please contact us at: [email protected]Heiru CZ is a mid-sized manufacturing company located in Telč, specializing in the production of cables and cable assemblies for the European market.
