We are seeking an engaged and driven Cyber Security Manager who wants to take a central role in our cybersecurity efforts within both IT and OT. The role combines strategic security work with operational implementation and is a key function to ensure a secure, robust, and future-proof operation. About the Role As Cyber Security Manager, you are responsible for protecting the organization's information, systems, networks, and industrial facilities against internal and external threats. You work with both information security and OT security to ensure that the business can prevent, detect, and manage cyber-related risks and incidents. Responsibilities • Implement and further develop the company's information and cybersecurity strategy. • Translate the group's security requirements into local processes, guidelines, and controls. • Conduct and coordinate risk analyses in IT and OT environments. • Identify vulnerabilities, security gaps, and areas for improvement. • Develop recommendations and action plans for risk-reducing measures. • Coordinate security efforts for industrial control systems and OT environments. • Support the business during security incidents and investigations. • Initiate and follow up on internal and external audits. • Drive training, workshops, and information initiatives. • Prepare reports, analyses, and decision-making materials for management and operations. Qualifications • University degree in IT, information security, cybersecurity, automation, or equivalent experience. • Experience working in information security, OT security, or cybersecurity. • Strong knowledge of risk management, incident management, and security governance. • Knowledge of ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, or equivalent is a merit. • Strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English.
